End-User License Agreement (EULA) for Createase – Political Poster
This End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) forms a legal contract between you (referred to as “User” or “You”) and Karmanya Studio (referred to as “Developer” or “We”) regarding your use of the Createase – Political Poster app (referred to as “App”). By installing or using the App, you agree to adhere to this EULA’s terms.
1. License Grant: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use on devices that you own or control. Usage of the App on other devices or for other purposes requires the Developer’s prior written approval.
2. User Content: You can upload your own photos to generate posters. You are responsible for the content you upload and must have the necessary rights and permissions. The Developer claims no ownership of your content; however, you give the Developer the right to use, modify, and display your content as part of the App’s service.
3. Usage Restrictions: You are not allowed to copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute the App, nor remove any proprietary notices. You must not use the App in a way that breaches laws or infringes on others’ rights. Prohibited uses include publishing harmful content, infringing on others’ intellectual property, or engaging in fraudulent activities.
4. Intellectual Property: The App, including its design, graphics, and logos, is owned by the Developer and protected by laws. By using the App, you do not gain any ownership or intellectual rights other than those expressly granted.
5. Privacy: Your personal information will be handled according to the App’s Privacy Policy. Using the App signifies your consent to this policy.
6. No Warranties: The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. The Developer does not guarantee that the App will be free from errors or disruptions.
7. Liability Limitation: The Developer will not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, beyond what is permitted by law.
8. Indemnity: You will indemnify the Developer against any claims or damages resulting from your use of the App or your content.
9. Termination: The Developer can terminate this agreement and your App access at any time. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete it from your devices.
10. Updates: The Developer may update or modify the App and install these changes automatically. You agree to accept these updates.
11. Entire Agreement: This EULA is the complete agreement between you and the Developer regarding the App.
12. Changes to EULA: Any changes to this EULA must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
13. Severability: If any part of this EULA is found to be invalid, the rest remains effective.
14. No Waiver: Failure by the Developer to enforce any part of this EULA does not waive the right to enforce it.
15. Assignment: You cannot transfer this EULA or your rights under it without the Developer’s written consent. The Developer can transfer this EULA without restriction.
