Premium Plan Offerings:
The Createase premium plan offers users the ability to craft and disseminate personalized posters utilizing their own photos and names. This plan is available as a one-time purchase, providing access to our premium features for a defined period.
Purchase and Renewal Procedure:
Users can opt to purchase or renew their premium plan manually. No automatic deductions are made, and it is the user’s responsibility to maintain their plan’s active status.
Cancellation Procedure:
While our plan is not a subscription model, users who wish to discontinue using premium features may contact us at admin@createase.io with their registered mobile number or email address.
Any requests for discontinuation of premium access will be processed within 24 hours of receipt.
Refund Policy:
Since our plans are not auto-renewing subscriptions, we do not offer refunds for any purchased plan. All sales are considered final once access to premium features has been provided.
We encourage our users to carefully consider their purchase, as the decision to buy constitutes an agreement to these terms.
Continued Access:
Users will have continued access to premium features until the end of the period they have paid for, regardless of the decision to discontinue using these features.
Settling Disputes:
The company retains the right to mediate any disputes arising from the purchase or cancellation process and will do so in a fair and lawful manner.
Account Deletion:
Users seeking to delete their account and associated data must complete the following form. Please note that account deletion is irreversible.
